If you''re passionate about beauty, love interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!On any given day, you will:Provide outstanding service by assisting customers with inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.Assist with daily store operations, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual standards.Support in maintaining a clean and organised store environment.Collaborate with the team to actively promote and sell products to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, including cash handling and card payments.What You''ll Bring to this RoleTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous retail experience (beauty industry experience is a bonus!).Providing amazing and friendly customer service by connecting with customers with an upbeat attitude.Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries related to beauty, skincare and fragrance insightfully and professionally.Confidence and an understanding of K Beauty to promote and sell products.Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
