You''ll assist the Recycle Manager in coordinating recyclable goods, operate Endeavour Foundation trucks, and ensure safe and secure loading/unloading of stock.This is a hands-on role that combines truck driving, customer service, and site coordination. You''ll be the face of Endeavour Foundation at our recycling sites, helping customers sort and dispose of materials responsibly.Key Responsibilities:Operate Endeavour Foundation trucks, completing daily pre-start checksSafely load and unload stock from BCC sites, minimising breakagesUnlock/lock onsite containers at the start and end of each dayGreet and assist customers, inspecting loads and directing them to appropriate recycling areasMaintain site cleanliness and presentationReport any safety hazards, incidents, or inappropriate activitiesProvide friendly and accurate customer service to contractors and the publicLiaise with council and external stakeholders as neededWhat You''ll Bring:Current and clean HR Truck Licence (Manual) and Car LicenceProven experience in customer service and manual handlingStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work across multiple sites on a rotating basisHigh standard of personal presentationCommitment to safety and Endeavour Foundation''s valuesWillingness to undergo relevant security checks and hold a Positive Notice CardExperience in recycling or waste management operationsAbility to coordinate tasks and delegate effectivelyKnowledge of WHS procedures and safe manual handling practicesBenefits and Perks:Salary Packaging Benefits!
