Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Cert IV AINs/PCWs take a person centred approach to resident wellbeing, encompassing the bio-psycho-social needs of residents. Their attention to detail and commitment to personal touches creates and maintains environments that are homelike and conducive to physical, social and emotional wellbeing of residents, visitors and team.
