Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Batch Plant Operator to maintain batch plant operations to ensure timely delivery of concrete.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:Experienced Batch Plant Operator - concrete batching experience (fixed/mobile) and making of all concrete productsExcavator ticket and other operating tickets highly advantageousCurrent HR license, Front end loader and experience driving an agitator truckSound knowledge of concrete, including identifying class of concrete, slump, cement types and water/cement ratiosAbility to carry out concrete cylinder tests (preferred not essential)Ability to operate independentlyWhite Card (construction)National Police Clearance (or ability to get one)Australian Work rightsWilling to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employmentApply today with your resume.
