You''ll work closely with the Store Manager and Section Leads to ensure the store runs efficiently, safely, and in line with Harris Farm Markets standards.This is a handson role suited to a confident retail leader with strong operational knowledge and a passion for food retail.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in achieving store KPIs and operational targetsAssist with rostering to ensure appropriate coverage within budgetOversee daily store operations, standards, cleanliness, and presentationComplete store administration and liaise with Support Office teams as requiredAct as a point of contact for pricing discrepancies and basic IT issuesSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement of team membersResolve customer complaints and ensure delivery of "FRESH" customer service standardsSupport food safety, WHS, and compliance requirements, including documentation and auditsAssist with waste management, stocktakes, and product rotationLiaise with external bodies such as local council and WorkCover when requiredAbout YouYou''re an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment and leads by example.
