Our Innisfail location in Queensland, Australia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. We are committed to providing our customers with delicious food and exceptional service.Job Location:Innisfail, QLD, AustraliaFulltime; Salary $65,000 to $70,000 plus superannuation.Role Overview:As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and training the food and beverage staff to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are served in a professional and timely manner, while also taking care of their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the work of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staffTrain new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high levels of customer serviceEnsure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and standardsMonitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving suppliesOversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks to ensure quality and consistencyHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areasEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsCreate and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special eventsConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff membersCollaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase salesAssist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, inventory management, and budgetingRequirements:At least 12 months of prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar roleExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional serviceKnowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededProven ability to train and develop staff membersStrong problemsolving and decisionmaking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programsIf you are a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
