We''re seeking an outgoing person to manage solar installations on behalf of our installers and customers. We need someone confident, organised and good at multi-tasking.Ideally, you have worked in the solar or electrical industry, but if you otherwise have the right skill sets and attitude, we can provide you with the training you need.We''re a hard-working and fun team with a great culture, and you will enjoy coming to work.About the RoleAs an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the solar installation goes smoothly for both the customer and our installer. Your day will involve:Coordinating site inspections and installations with customers and installersMaintaining a high level of communication with all parties involved in the installation processEnsuring compliance with procedures to be followed and government rebate applicationsEfficiently and accurately maintain CRM systemsIssuing invoices, purchase orders and approving payments related to installationsAs a successful candidate, you will beIdeally, have some experience in the solar or electrical industry in some wayA strong communicator who is confident and outgoingProactive, hardworking and dedicated to providing a solution to any task at hand with excellent attention to detailWell and truly competent with computer softwareWilling to learn and be solution-drivenAble to work in a team environment and autonomouslyReliable with a positive "can-do" attitude and work ethic, flexible and adaptable, and work well independently and as part of a teamAbout usWe offer job security and a supportive and enjoyable workplace.RACQ is the majority shareholder of GEM Energy, established in 2013 and one of the most awarded solar energy companies in Australia.
