Community Partner Liaison Officer (Volunteer)Location: Work from home or Perron Place (BYO device)OverviewThe Mobile Support Program (MSP) is Hello Initiative''s (HI) flagship program. MSP provides secondhand mobile devices and mobile credit to eligible young people through Youth Justice referral partners. While participating in the program, young people are provided with mobile credit, including unlimited calls and texts and access to internet data. This gives the young person a better opportunity to participate in their court orders and/or other legal obligations.The Community Liaison Officer (CLO) role is the primary connection between Hello Initiative and the Youth Justice workers that refer clients to the MSP. The role involves liaising with these youth workers from our various Community Partners to monitor client engagement with the MSP. The CLO team regularly problemsolves with youth workers to work out the best outcome for the young people engaged with the MSP.
