With an exciting pipeline of campaigns and seasonal creative underway, we are seeking a talented and detail-driven Content Designer to join the GAZMAN Marketing team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, based at our Support Office in Malvern.This hands-on role is pivotal in bringing the GAZMAN brand to life through engaging, commercially focused content across all touchpoints. Working closely with the Senior Designer and broader marketing team, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of creative assets, from concept through to production ensuring brand consistency, quality, and timely execution.This is an excellent opportunity for a creative all-rounder with strong technical skills, a passion for retail and fashion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Plan, design and produce creative content across catalogues, EDMs, flyers, postcards, social media, video, local area marketing, look books, wholesale assets, seasonal guidelines and corporate stationeryAssist the Senior Designer with creative ideas, concepts and strategy development while maintaining brand guidelines and brand personalityCollaborate with the wide marketing team and external agencies to develop and execute seasonal creative guidelinesManage catalogue production from concept through to print-ready artwork, including layout, retouching, paper selection, pre-press and printer liaisonCoordinate and manage video content, including pre-production, shoots, editing and working with production partners where requiredDesign and build weekly promotional EDMs in collaboration with the Campaign ManagerDevelop and deliver creative assets for digital marketing, e-commerce, social media and local area marketing initiativesCoordinate high-resolution imagery with photographers, stylists and external suppliersSupport the Marketing Assistant and Junior Designer with creative assets as requiredResearch competitor and international brand creative to inform ideas and innovationYou will have:Relevant tertiary qualifications in graphic design, digital design or a related fieldMinimum 36 years'' experience in a content, graphic or digital design role (retail or fashion highly regarded)Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and related design toolsExperience working with Shopify and EDM platforms such as EmarsysBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA high level of attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partnersA proactive, flexible mindset with a strong sense of initiative and accountabilityA competitive salary packageGenerous product allowance and 50% discount across all our brands (GAZMAN, Perri Cutten, Cable)Free on-site parking in our officeA supportive and collaborative culture, where your ideas are welcomed and valuedBe part of a proudly Australian-owned, well-established and trusted businessOpportunities to attend fantastic events through the yearAbout usAustin Group is a proudly Australian-owned, family-run fashion business with a rich heritage and a passion for quality.
