You''ll work across a diverse portfoliofrom remote sensing and onfarm automation to datadriven crop managementensuring projects deliver real value to Australian grain growers.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping and managing highimpact R&D proposals and investments.Providing technical leadership across GRDC''s broader portfolio, including genetics, crop protection, and farming systems.Building and maintaining strong networks with industry, research, and commercial partners.Supporting commercialisation and adoption pathways for innovative technologies.About youThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in digital agriculture, agtech, data science, or agronomy.Proven ability to develop business cases and manage complex R&D projects.Strong negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.A passion for innovation and a track record of delivering results in a collaborative environment.Mandatory RequirementsValid Australian Driver''s Licence.Willingness to travel as required.What we offer:We know that great work happens when our people feel supported.
