This is a leadership role where you''ll shape the future of community services education, oversee academic excellence, and ensure our students graduate ready to make a difference in society.This is more than an administrative role it''s about being a driver of innovation, a mentor to academic staff, and a champion of a student-centric experience.What You''ll Be DoingLead & Inspire Mentor and support academic staff, conduct appraisals, and foster a culture of excellence.Shape Curriculum Develop, review, and deliver engaging programs that meet industry and accreditation standards.Elevate Student Experience Ensure teaching and assessment practices remain student-focused and impactful.Drive Quality & Compliance Maintain academic integrity, oversee program reviews, and ensure alignment with regulations.Operational Leadership Oversee timetabling, resources, and program delivery to keep everything running smoothly.QualificationsAbout YouWe''re looking for a dedicated academic professional who''s passionate about shaping the future of community services.
