About the RoleYou will maintain gardens, lawns, pool areas, and outdoor spaces across our properties to a high standard. This role combines horticulture, grounds care, and general handyman duties, with a strong focus on safety, accessibility, preventive maintenance, and presentation.What You''ll DoMaintain gardens, lawns, pool areas, and outdoor spaces across multiple sitesEnsure outdoor areas are safe, accessible, functional, and visually appealingCarry out preventive maintenance to protect assets and reduce riskAssist with general property maintenance and handyman tasksUse tools and small power equipment safely and efficientlySupport occasional weekend work for special eventsWhat You BringCertificate III in Horticulture and/or Landscaping (or equivalent)Experience maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces and handyman tasks around propertiesKnowledge of plants, and seasonal requirementsStrong eye for detail and pride in high-quality workGood time management and organisational skillsExperience using tools and small power equipmentAbility to complete reasonable handyman and general maintenance tasksA respectful, values-based approach when working in our properties that is the pride and joy of our participantsAbout UsFlintwood Disability Services is committed to creating meaningful opportunities and improving quality of life for people with disabilities.
