Offering 168 guest rooms, generous conferencing facilities, Coldwater Creek Barand Five Islands Restaurant; we invite our guests to make the most of Wollongong.About the RoleAs an experienced service professional; you will be part of a dynamic, service-driven team, creating memorable experiences for our guests.Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, our Duty Managers are responsible for leading the Front Of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the reception operations.
