You will be part of a close-knit onsite team, helping residents feel welcome, supported, and proud to call our community home.This is a full-time, permanent position working on a rotating roster, including some weekends, to ensure exceptional service for our residents.Key responsibilitiesProvide a warm and professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitorsHandle phone calls, inquiries, and service requests efficientlyManage package deliveries, guest suite bookings, and elevator schedulingSupporting the presentation of shared spaces and liaising with maintenance when neededCollaborating with the community team to organise resident events, activities and community engagement programs.Acting as a local expert by sharing knowledge of nearby services, amenities, and vendorsAssisting with administration, leasing support, and database updatesResolving resident questions or concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with company policies and housing regulationsWhat we are looking forYou will thrive in this role if you have:Experience in a customer facing role such as hospitality, retail, hotels, airlines, concierge or similar. Real estate highly regarded but not essentialA natural service mindset and friendly, professional communication styleStrong organisational and ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.Comfort using systems and databases. CRM or booking systems a bonus, particularly property management software such as Yardi, but not essential on the job training will be providedCompliance & Licensing Must have valid government issued ID, the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.Ability to assist with occasional physical tasks and confident in safe manual handling practicesFeel like you might not meet every criteria but you would be a great fit for our team?
