Support people with disability in a medical packaging/quality control environmentPermanent part-time (36 hrs/fortnight) OR Full-Time opportunity in Eight Mile Plains (requirement to potentially travel between Cannon Hill, Victoria Point and Narangba)$34.75 per hour + salary sacrificingUse clean room, PPE, and quality control skills dailyAbout the RoleAre you ready for a truly unique leadership opportunity?As a Supported Hosted Team Leader with Endeavour Foundation, you will work permanently part-time at a specialist site in Eight Mile Plains, supporting people with disability to develop workplace skills and achieve their NDIS goalsall within a high-quality medical packaging environment.This is not your standard support role. You''ll be based at a Supported Hosted Site with no on-site physical management beyond the induction phase. That means you''ll need to be confident working independently, guiding your team through daily tasks and adapting on the go.You''ll be part of a cleanroom-style environment (similar to food handling or pharmaceutical settings), supporting quality control of critical medical components for heart and IVF-related equipment.
