You will liaise with the Director, Editors, Supervisors, Producers and Visual Effects Artists and use your experience to strategise and implement tasks and targets crucial to delivering a project on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesImplement and run the show schedule, tracking and managing workflow across departments to meet deadlines.Oversee the team of Coordinators to ensure efficient organisation of dailies, rounds and meetings, including taking notes to follow up on information.Maintain accurate summaries of project progress based on daily artist work.Take responsibility for understanding the schedule and advising Coordinators accordingly.Oversee execution of client deliveries for all temps and finals.Be proactive, solutionorientated and maintain a positive and upbeat production environment.Job RequirementsPrevious experience with scheduling in Shotgun/Flow at Senior VFX Coordinator or Line Producer level.Highly organised with excellent time/projectmanagement skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to remain calm and confident in a fastpaced environment.Ability to work within a team towards a common goal.Indepth understanding of liveaction and CGbased VFX workflows.Indepth understanding of common file formats and resolutions.Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite, basic Linux skills and basic Avid or editorial skills.Strong lateral thinking skills.Accessibility StatementOur Melbourne studio is fully accessible, with stepfree entry, accessible toilets and quiet spaces.
