We live our values of empowerment, possibilities, and community to achieve our goals.Our GoalsGrowing revenue above marketBusiness transformationOur ValuesEmpowerment: We make it happenPossibilities: We evolve and innovateCommunity: We make the connectionKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily breakfast operations at Hotel Alba, including creating prep lists, stock rotation, inventory monitoring, and assisting with rostering.Execute function and event catering, including setup, service, and pack-down.Assist with other service periods at both Hotel Alba and The Terrace Hotel.Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.Work independently during solo shifts and collaborate with the kitchen team as needed.Attend to guest needs promptly and effectively.Demonstrate comprehensive recipe knowledge for all menu items.Monitor food quality, portion control, and storage standards.Complete responsibilities timely and follow all recipes and standards.Maintain personal grooming standards and a harmonious team relationship.Ensure food safety, workplace health and safety guidelines, and equipment maintenance are followed.Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional duties as directed by the Executive/Head Chef.This job posting is active and not expired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
