Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)Individual Support (Disability and/or Ageing Care)Join us in shaping the future of education and support services while working in a collaborative, studentfocused environment.In these roles, you will:Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for students in ECEC and/or Individual Support.Assess and evaluate student progress through practical and theoretical assessments.Contribute to the development and review of training materials aligned with industry standards.Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that supports student success.Provide guidance and mentoring to help students achieve their career goals.Implement Enable College''s Training and Assessment Strategies with a focus on individual support.Create personalised training plans to accommodate diverse learning styles.Administer assessments and provide constructive feedback using approved tools.Monitor student welfare, attendance, and progress, reporting to the RTO Manager.Participate in audits and contribute to compliance and validation processes.1. Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer and Assessor Additional RequirementsDiploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).Proven industry experience in Early Childhood Education.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.2.
