Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the endtoend sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.ResponsibilitiesProviding expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationshipsProviding support in all areas of the sales process and assisting with running the officeProviding support for livestock processing as neededCreating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brandWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsAssisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectivelyAbout YouComfortable and thrive in a collaborative and resultsfocused working environmentSmart, resourceful, forwardthinking and embrace technologyPassionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityHave a keen eye for detail and a background in business administrationUnderstand agriculture seasonsHave the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clientsAvailability to work weekends as required, particularly during peak selling periodsWillingness to travel and stay away from home for short periods (up to a few nights) when supporting stud salesIncreased travel and weekend work expected at different times, when requiredExperience preferred but not essentialAbout EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
