With venues in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth, it provides our guests with a unique and memorable experience in some of Australia''s most picturesque gardens and parklands.About the Role: As part of the Moonlight Cinema Production Crew, you''ll help bring Australia''s most iconic outdoor cinema experience to life. Working under the guidance of the Production Manager/Supervisor, you''ll be handson in setting up and packing down the venue each night from inflating the cinema screen to assembling fencing, lighting, and audio equipment. During service, you''ll also support our frontofhouse team to deliver a seamless guest experience under the stars. This is a physical, fastpaced role suited to someone who is practical, proactive, and safetyconscious, and who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fastpaced team environment. This role requires availability across nights and weekends during our peak summer season (early December to early April).Key ResponsibilitiesSafely set up and pack down site infrastructure including rope lines, signage, lighting, AV and screen equipment.Follow all safety and WHS procedures, reporting hazards or incidents promptly.Maintain all production equipment in clean, safe working order.Assist with signage, waste management, and sponsor activations as required.Support General Crew with site presentation and customer service.Work collaboratively with the broader Moonlight team to deliver a safe, enjoyable, and professional event.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in events, production, or similar handson outdoor work.A solid understanding of safe manual handling and WHS practices.Comfortable performing physical tasks and working outdoors in varying conditions.Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and a positive, cando attitude.Valid driver''s licence (highly regarded).MR Licence (not essential however advantageous).Benefits and PerksIncredible team member discounts from your first day onjob.50% off stays at EVT hotels Rydges, QT, Atura, Lylo and more.Discount tickets plus candybar discounts.Awesome summer savings and discounts at Thredbo.Career growth opportunities through our EVT network.Local community involvement, volunteering and charitable giving.Australia and NZ''s largest and most diverse experiences company.Join Moonlight Cinema and become an EVT experience creator, opportunity taker, the ultimate Daymaker.
