Reporting to the Group Creative Director, you''ll collaborate closely with strategy, client service, and creative partners to develop compelling copy, brand messaging, and concepts that influence consumers at every stage of the path to purchase.This role blends big-picture thinking with handson execution from concepting and storytelling through to crafting copy across a wide range of channels. You''ll be passionate about copy craft, innovation, and shopper creativity, with a strong understanding of how ideas translate across realworld touchpoints.And while this role is for a Copywriter, we''re also open to applications from established creative teams (Copywriter + Art Director) who love working together and want to apply as a duo.Key responsibilities:Create effective shopper advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences and meet client objectivesCraft compelling stories, headlines, and copy that clearly communicate brand messagesDevelop copy across print, POS, OOH, digital, social, and interactive mediaCreate concepts, scripts, and content for TV, radio, video, and other audiovisual formatsApply a strong understanding of shopper ecosystems and pathtopurchase messagingCollaborate closely with strategy and client services teams to deliver integrated campaignsPartner with clients to ensure satisfaction and strong creative outcomesManage projects to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategyContribute to proposals and pitches, demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinkingMentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, curious creative cultureThe Person we are looking for has:6+ years'' experience in copywriting, with a strong creative foundation4+ years'' experience working in a creative agency environmentA standout portfolio showcasing strong ideas, storytelling, and craftExperience working across shopper, retail, or commerceled creative is highly valuedConfident presenting ideas and guiding clients through the creative processA strong understanding of digital, social, print, and photographyHighly organised, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple projectsProficient in PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud beneficialAdaptable, proactive, and curious, with a passion for learning and innovationOpen to collaboration whether working solo or as part of a longstanding creative teamWhy Join Us?
