Come join our Production team, producing quality stock at our expansive nurseries!Job DescriptionKey responsibilitiesReporting to the Production Manager, the role involves general nursery duties including potting, weeding, watering, plant maintenance, order collation and general nursery duties.The position isfull time, working a five-day Monday to Fridayroster,based at the Monbulk advanced tree facility with occasional travel to the principal operations located at Wantirna.Desired Skills and ExperienceEssential attributesTo be successful as a Plantmark Advanced Tree Nursery Hand, you will have:Experience workingin plant growing facilities / nursery productionPlant/ Tree knowledge or eagerto learn ornamental and native varietiesReliable with a sense of responsibility and able to make mature, sound decisionsConfident working autonomously, as well as within a small, specialised teamLicenced forklift operator preferredAgChemcertificate an advantageApplicants must also be physically fit and capable of performing regular manual handling tasks that include lifting and bending. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
