Reporting to the Case Management Coordinators the officer utilises specialist administration skills to support case management activity at the Centre, including coordination and scheduling of Case Management Review Committees (CMRC), minuting meetings, data entry, file management and other administrative tasks as required.The Integrated Service Support Officer will:Participate as a member of the operations Case Management team working collaboratively with all staff and providing administrative support as required.Provide administrative support to the Case Management Coordinators including minute taking, room bookings, scheduling and other needs as required.Conduct regular file audits of Individual Management Files including filing of relevant documents.Assist with scheduling, preparation, minuting and documentation of Case Management Review Committee Meetings (including Induction, Review, PreRelease, Parole and other CMRCs as required).Provide administrative assistance to support case management delivery including printing resources and materials.Assist with collation and dissemination of case management and other information to community staff as required.Provide other administrative support functions as determined by the Case Management Coordinators.Your Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in the role of Integrated Service Support Officer you will have:High level competence in the use of computer systems, scheduling and timetabling, Microsoft and other applications, and an ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.Previous experience in administrative roles and/or office management and support.Demonstrated high-level organisational and time management skills, verbal and written communication, including an ability to effectively minute meetings and prepare reports.Clear and evident professional boundaries with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of prisoner information.Ability to work and provide administrative support within a multidisciplinary environment.Demonstrated attention to detail and selfdiscipline leading to accurate data entry into information management systems.For more information about this position, please download the position description.About Ravenhall Correctional CentreRavenhall is Victoria''s largest, mediumsecurity prison for adult sentenced and unsentenced males.
