Spare Parts Coordinator / Interpreter at Hitachi Global Air Power Australia Pty Ltd We are a Hitachi Group company with a strong sense of community across Australia. About the role Working at our Wattle Grove branch, you will diagnose our internal and external customers'' spare parts requirements, then process the orders. You will enjoy this role if you want to be part of a great team delivering service excellence. Key responsibilities Look up manuals to identify the correct parts and interpret customer requirements Receive, dispatch and send parts Pick parts for Service Technicians Purchase nonstandard parts using their part numbers Keep customers updated with the timing of their orders This is a fulltime role Monday to Friday starting at 7.30am. Learning and growth Work with our Customer Service Manager, technicians, local team and colleagues across Australia We supply uniforms and tools, personal protective equipment including safety hats, glasses, gloves, safety boots, etc. Join a growing company with a great culture Option of a 9day fortnight after successful completion of training Qualifications Interest in interpreting mechanical/industrial spare parts Confidence using the computer (previous exposure to SAP is a bonus) The ability to learn how to book in jobs, order and/or sort parts Pride in your work A forklift license or willingness to get one Benefits Great People Great Product Safety Culture Why choose us?
