The Director, AU/NZ Sales will lead PEAKs retail strategy in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on accelerating growth across Bunnings Warehouse and key national partners. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the VP Sales, this role will work with PEAKs Marketing and Inventory teams, as well as our national in-store sales and distribution partners to strengthen customer relationships and ensure flawless execution of PEAKs gotomarket strategy across the market. This is a strategic leadership role for a collaborative, handson sales leader who thrives in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a cohesive AU/NZ sales strategy aligned with PEAKs growth targets and brand expansion goals. Identify new market opportunities, whitespace categories, and regional expansion areas. Build strong partnerships with Bunnings buyers, crossfunctional teams, field leadership, and store teams to drive category growth and brand visibility. Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and competitive trends to shape future product and growth strategies. Coach, direct and assist PEAKs national instore sales and distribution partners. Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs that support sustainable growth. Foster a collaborative, highperformance culture that mirrors PEAKs peoplefirst leadership values. Lead toptotop meetings, QBRs, and business reviews with key stakeholders. Ensure strong instore execution, merchandising excellence, and sustained brand presence throughout AU and NZ retail locations. Operational Excellence Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution and alignment. Develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans. Monitor pricing, programs, and profitability to support category performance. Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions related to product development, inventory planning, and program execution. Qualifications Education & Experience 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within building materials, home improvement or retail partnerships. Strong understanding of retail programs, merchandising, and category management. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into action. Exceptional relationshipbuilding and communication skills. Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and market data. Demonstrated success leading distributed teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
