Senior Product Manager Digital Acquisition Leading eCommerce & Subscription Business We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Digital Acquisition to own and optimise the topoffunnel digital experience across a highgrowth eCommerce and subscription business. This role is laserfocused on driving new customer acquisition through performanceled digital journeys, sitting at the intersection of product, growth marketing, data, and engineering. You will own how customers land, convert, and progress through the acquisition funnel, with clear accountability for conversion, CAC efficiency, and firstpurchase revenue. This is not a generalist product role. It is a commercial, metricdriven acquisition role. What You Will Own Endtoend ownership of the acquisition funnel, from first touch through to checkout Performance of all acquisition surfaces including landing pages, product pages, crosssell placement, cart, and checkout Continuous optimisation of conversion across paid and organic traffic The CRO and experimentation roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing Close partnership with Performance and Growth Marketing, translating channel insights into productled improvements Acquisition KPIs including conversion rate, funnel dropoff, CAC efficiency, firstpurchase revenue, and customer quality Improvement of multiproduct and pricing funnels to maximise acquisition value Delivery of outcomes within a constrained and evolving platform What We Are Specifically Looking For Deep experience in digital acquisition and topoffunnel optimisation within an eCommerce or DTC environment Strong fluency in performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, and paid search, with the ability to partner credibly with growth teams A proven track record of driving measurable conversion and revenue uplift, not just shipping features Handson experience leading CRO and experimentation programs, with clear examples of wins delivered Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to assess tradeoffs between conversion, CAC, and LTV Confidence operating in imperfect or constrained platforms, prioritising impact over perfection Clear, structured product thinking and the ability to make dataled decisions What Will Set You Apart Experience optimising acquisition funnels in subscriptionbased businesses Comfort working across multiple entry points and traffic sources at scale Principallevel thinking with the potential to grow into broader leadership responsibility A bias for action, accountability, and measurable outcomes Why this role Highimpact role with clear ownership of acquisition outcomes Direct influence on growth, revenue, and customer quality Close collaboration with senior product and growth leaders Opportunity to shape and mature the acquisition capability of a leading eCommerce brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
