Head of Finance | HighGrowth SaaS | Broad Finance Leadership Role | Brisbane (Hybrid) This is a genuinely endtoend Head of Finance role for a handson finance leader who enjoys owning the full finance function - from statutory compliance and cashflow through to pricing, modelling and commercial decision support. PartsCheck is Australias leading automotive parts procurement platform and is entering its next phase of growth under new executive leadership. This role is a key leadership hire for the business. If your background is in smaller, fastmoving businesses where youve worn multiple hats, built financial infrastructure, partnered closely with founders or CEOs and balanced control with commercial agility, this role will resonate. The Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the organisations senior finance leader and commercial partner. This is a handson, broad scope role that blends: Financial control, governance and audit readiness Commercial finance, pricing, analytics and strategic modelling Executive and Boardlevel partnering in a private equity environment You will shape how finance supports growth, scaling and longterm value creation. Key Responsibilities Own endtoend financial management including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cashflow and audit Act as an advisor to the CEO, providing modelling, scenario analysis and pricing insight Prepare Board reporting and performance dashboards to support decisionmaking Manage banking relationships, treasury, working capital and debt obligations Build, improve and embed finance systems, controls, processes and team capability About You Training in Big 4 or MidTier audit or advisory (preferred) A background in smaller or midsized businesses with full finance ownership Strong commercial acumen alongside sound technical and governance expertise Comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels Experience in SaaS, technology, marketplaces or highgrowth digital businesses would be preferred but not essential.
