This is an integral role to support the growth and awareness of the retailer, and will report into the CEO. The role Manage the end to end marketing division across campaigns, collaborations, social, digital etc Driving traffic and conversion across various sales channels Empower your team, and utilise learning and development to grow them Work with the CEO to outline the full marketing strategy The candidate Experience managing a marketing division, in a commercial and dynamic retailer Excellent exposure to various campaigns with a track record of scaling the business Able to manage and coach a team to inspire the next generation Strong communicator and story teller This is an incredible opportunity to be part of something special, where growth and team culture are number one!
