Job Description

Location: Australia (Interstate travel required) About the role As the National Head of Growth NDIS SIL , you will lead national growth across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving quality client intake, sustainable sales growth, and brand presence across multiple states. You will lead and coach a high-performing team of Client Relationship Leads across four states, working closely with health professionals, SDA partners, and internal stakeholders to influence growth at scale. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader with deep experience in the Australian disability and health services sector , combining B2B and B2C sales, marketing, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Quality Growth & Market Expansion Own and execute the national growth strategy for SIL and SAH across existing and new markets Lead referral growth, vacancy conversion, and market engagement performance across all regions Drive market entry strategies, service expansion, and SDA partnership development Ensure high-quality, participant-centred intake experiences aligned with organisational values Business Performance & Reporting Develop and implement performance frameworks to measure organisational effectiveness Analyse business and growth data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement Track and report on key KPIs, including revenue per house, utilisation, hours of support, people metrics, service outcomes, and compliance indicators Quality Improvement & Compliance Review and improve policies and procedures to meet best practice and regulatory standards Ensure alignment with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across growth and service delivery People & Workforce Metrics Monitor workforce data, including rostering, overtime, leave, and utilisation Identify trends and opportunities to improve productivity and workforce sustainability Collaborate with People & Culture and Operations to support workforce planning Work Health & Safety Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and safety standards across all sites Oversee the maintenance of WHS documentation and risk management processes Maintain expert knowledge of NDIS pricing, funding changes, and sector trends Assess risks and opportunities arising from policy shifts, market dynamics, and competitors Ensure pricing and costing models support both participant outcomes and long-term viability Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Lead, coach, and develop a national team of Client Relationship Partners Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and People & Culture to deliver growth strategies Drive visibility, accountability, and alignment of growth objectives across the organisation Organisational Contribution Support operational continuity during staff absences Contribute to organisational projects and strategic initiatives Participate in an on-call roster as required About You Extensive experience in the SIL home sector and/or Australian disability services Strong knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards standards Proven success in B2B and B2C sales, growth leadership, and market expansion Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with performance reporting, quality systems, and workforce metrics Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills About Us Soteria is a leading provider of disability support services in Australia, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred, outcome-focused care.
