Location: Melbourne (hybrid work from home + Thomastown as required) The Opportunity Big Group Hug is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Partnerships professional to lead, grow and evolve our corporate partnerships portfolio at a pivotal stage in our organisations journey. Reporting directly to the CEO, this part-time role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven partnerships leader who knows how to turn values alignment into long-term, high-impact corporate support. Youll own the end-to-end partnerships lifecycle from prospecting and pitching through to stewardship, reporting and renewal with the autonomy to shape a program that delivers both revenue and real-world outcomes for children and families. This is not a transactional sponsorship role. Its about building meaningful, multi-year partnerships that genuinely change lives. About Big Group Hug Founded in 2014, Big Group Hug is a volunteer-powered childrens charity supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged families across Victoria. We provide new and pre-loved essential items from cots and prams to clothing and toiletries to help families care for children from newborn to 16 years. With over 350 volunteers, multiple locations across Melbourne, and a strong reputation for impact, collaboration and heart, we exist for one simple reason: every child deserves the best possible start in life. Your Impact You will: Lead and grow a strong, values-aligned corporate partnerships pipeline Secure strategic, preferably multi-year corporate partnerships that fund and amplify our mission Develop compelling proposals and pitch confidently to senior decision-makers Nurture and steward existing partners to maximise impact, retention and growth Work closely with the CEO and broader team to identify opportunities that support organisational priorities including brand visibility, market expansion and sustainability Prepare clear, insightful reports for partners, leadership and the Board Ensure partnership agreements are implemented effectively and deliver on agreed outcomes Maintain accurate records, forecasting and reporting across systems and databases About You Youre a confident, capable partnerships professional who brings both commercial savvy and genuine care to your work. You know how to open doors, build trust, and create partnerships that feel good and perform well. You bring: Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate financial partnerships Strong strategic thinking you see the bigger picture, not just the next deal Excellent relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills, particularly with senior executives The ability to articulate impact clearly through strong written, verbal and presentation skills Confidence working autonomously, with initiative and sound judgement A collaborative, humble and solutionsfocused mindset A genuine commitment to social impact, equity and sustainability Skills & Experience Minimum 3+ years experience in corporate partnerships, business development, sponsorship or fundraising (forpurpose or aligned sectors preferred) Proven track record of revenue growth and partner acquisition Experience developing partnership strategies and engagement plans Confidence presenting and pitching to corporate audiences Strong research, proposal writing and reporting skills Experience delivering 5 and 6 figure partnerships Excellent administration skills, including MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM highly regarded FIA Code Course (or willingness to complete) Why Join Us?
