About the Role We are seeking a Head of Logistics and Warehouse to be fully responsible for the logistics and warehouse operations while ensuring we support our core retail business while aggressively growing our 3PL arm into a high-margin profit center. Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Operations & Scaling: Own the end-to-end performance of our 100,000sqm network across 6 sites. You will lead and mentor our Warehouse Managers, ensuring they have the resources and strategy to hit their KPIs while driving down the national cost-per-touch. 3PL Commercial Growth: Lead the commercialization of our logistics services. You will design the service offering, set the rate cards for storage and fulfillment, and ensure we are managing 3PL clients profitably. National Procurement & Carrier Tenders: Take the lead on multi-million dollar negotiations. Whether its global shipping lines (10,000+ TEU) or domestic courier contracts, you will ensure New Aim has the best possible rates and service levels. Full P&L Ownership: You are accountable for the entire logistics and warehouse budget. You will drive a culture of safety, speed, and accuracy across all locations for both our internal retail products and our external 3PL customers. Strategic Team Leadership: Lead the broader logistics and warehouse teams. You will set the standards for high performance and ensure the network is equipped to handle the complexity of 4 million+ shipments a year. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations in the retail or eCommerce industry. The 3PL Edge: Real-world 3PL experience is essential. You must know how to price and monetize logistics services to drive direct business value. Negotiation Mastery: A track record of leading multi-million dollar freight tenders and securing market-leading results. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial drivers and cost control; you are comfortable using data to find savings. Communication: A creative problem solver and strong communicator who can facilitate change and drive continuous improvement.
