The Role The Head of Strategic Projects is responsible for driving delivery of Vets Centrals Value Creation Plan. The role owns a portfolio of highpriority, crossfunctional initiatives and ensures strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes across people, performance and growth. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team, the role brings structure, pace and accountability to initiatives that materially impact clinic performance, employee experience and commercial results. The role also supports selective acquisition and integration activity, ensuring growth initiatives align with and reinforce the broader Value Creation Plan. Key Responsibilities Own the coordination and execution of the Value Creation Plan, translating priorities into clear initiatives, milestones and measurable outcomes Lead initiatives focused on reducing employee turnover and strengthening the employee value proposition Lead and coordinate initiatives to improve likeforlike clinic growth, revenue per employee and average revenue per consultation Support the rollout and embedding of a consistent Net Promoter Score (NPS) program across the clinic network Support rollout and adoption of the practice management system across 100 percent of clinics Design and maintain practical performance dashboards and translate data into actionable insight Support selective acquisition and postacquisition integration activity Advise and act as a trusted partner to the CEO and Senior Management Team About You You bring experience delivering crossfunctional initiatives in a growing, multisite or servicesbased business. Veterinary or healthcare experience is highly desirable but not essential. You are commercially and analytically strong, able to drive operational excellence, translate data into actionable insight, and lead with empathy in a clinicianled environment. Likely will have experience in senior strategy, transformation or operational improvement roles, owning complex initiatives that materially impact performance and growth. You are pragmatic, grounded and focused on outcomes, with strong judgement and the ability to influence.
