We currently are recruiting for a Senior Product Manager - Hand Tools, to join the Milwaukee Product team on a Fixed Term contract commencing in February 2026 till June 2027. Your role requires collaboration and partnering with various stakeholders in the business, conducting key industry analysis and strategic planning to ensure product roadmaps are built and executed. You will motivate your team through leadership, planning, category management and tracking progress. Responsibilities: Financial Contribute to the Sales Budget by driving category growth and defining value proposition and defining commercialisation plans. Drive strategic activation of the Portfolio with the Category Marketing and In-Store execution teams. Deliver margin in-line with Milwaukee KPIs for the respective categories. Custodian of the category review process, present quarterly to Product Marketing Manager and Head of Product. Providing clear guiderails for Product Managers and category insights, financials and direction for internal stakeholders. People Management Motivate your team through leadership, planning and people development. Reporting and Administration tasks as required of Line Managers. Project prioritization for the team. Product Management Product Life Cycle management - ongoing range maintenance and emerging markets / categories in flow as per business requirements. Range Review Scheduling and Implementation. Responsible for driving Category Plans in-line with market research and competitive environment. Sales forecasting review and sign off. Responsible for driving all product marketing in line with the Category Plan. Implementation of category promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Market exposure through retail visit, customer events and industry conference. What you will bring to the role: Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar role. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external agencies. Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency. Attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated and a can-do attitude.
