Shape the future of our early career talent We are seeking a permanent, full-time Talent Acquisition Business Partner Early Careers based in our Perth office, to lead recruitment for our upcoming intakes. In this handson, highimpact role, youll own endtoend recruitment for four major intakes, shaping our talent pipeline, enhancing our employer brand, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Youll play a pivotal role in building the careers of our future workforce while helping Western Power attract, select, and nurture diverse talent making a tangible impact on both the business and the candidates experience. Your role in action Lead endtoend recruitment for four early careers intakes, building a diverse and highquality talent pipeline Design and deliver engaging, inclusive recruitment content and assessment centres Drive screening processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and equity Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs and inclusive talent goals Champion an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand through equitable and inclusive recruitment practices What makes you a great fit Proven experience recruiting for highvolume or early careers intakes Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously A collaborative, stakeholderfocused approach Passion for early talent and commitment to fostering inclusive, equitable recruitment practices Most importantly, you care about people and purpose and it shows in the way you work.
