Job Description About the role Due to our continued and rapid growth in the Australian market, Securitas has an exciting position available for a Casual Security Officer working 40 hours per week. The site is in Brisbane CBD, close to public transport. The Casual Security Officer must be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service. Those with a strong customer service background coupled with a Security License are encouraged to apply. Locations Brisbane CBD Possible Shift timing 08:30-16:30 ( 40 hours per week) Key Tasks Provide a security service in line with the site SOPs and customer requirements to protect the customers employees, property and other assets. Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. Issue, encode/program, activate/deactivate, and revoke security/access cards in line with approved requests. Troubleshoot basic access control issues (reader faults, card errors, lock schedules) and elevate to technical support/vendors as required. Perform other duties as requested by management aligned to operational needs. Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customers always.
