We''re looking for a Head of Solution Delivery to lead this function and bring together order execution, warehouse and logistics, and project management, while overseeing technical engineers and delivery resources as our solutions continue to evolve. This is a senior operational leadership role with accountability for turning sold products and technical solutions into delivered outcomes. What you''ll do Take end-to-end ownership of solution delivery once a deal is sold, ensuring customer commitments are executed accurately, on time, and to a high standard. Lead and align teams across project management, order execution, warehouse & logistics and project engineering. Establish and maintain clear delivery governance, including planning, reporting, risk management, and escalation across all delivery activity. Set direction and priorities for the Project Management function, ensuring consistent methodology, strong controls, and predictable outcomes. Oversee warehouse and distribution operations, driving reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Ensure customers receive clear, proactive communication throughout the delivery lifecycle, including order status, timelines, and issue resolution. Oversee technical engineers and delivery resources as required, ensuring technical work is well coordinated and integrated into delivery plans. Track and manage delivery performance across cost, quality, timeliness, and customer experience. Build, coach, and lead high-performing teams, creating clarity, accountability, and a culture of ownership and improvement. What you''ll bring You''re a confident, grounded operational leader who enjoys bringing structure and helping teams do their best work. You''ll bring strong experience: Leading operational or delivery-focused teams with clear accountability for outcomes. Leading project management functions within a delivery, operations, or solution-based environment. Applying strong project governance, planning, risk management, and delivery controls. Operating in high-volume, execution-led environments, while managing more complex delivery scenarios. Strong governance, planning, and risk management capability. Managing budgets and operational performance. A collaborative leadership style and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. It would be great if you also bring A formal project management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in business or management. Experience overseeing warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations. Exposure to customer care or service operations. Experience coordinating or overseeing technical engineers or technical delivery resources. Background in organisations delivering hardware, services or solution-based offerings. Experience helping scale or mature delivery capability, governance, or operating models. You don''t need to be deeply technical, but you will be comfortable leading and coordinating technical engineers and delivery resources as part of broader solution outcomes. Why Join Truis?
