Overview We are a New Childcare Centre! Our Early Learning Centre located in Oak Park VIC is seeking an experienced Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead the team and foster a friendly community. Key Responsibilities Marketing of the centre. Manage daytoday operations of the long daycare service in line with centre policies and procedures. Provide leadership and guidance to all educators. Manage all operational requirements including occupancy, wage management, rostering and budgeting. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all stakeholders (children, educators, families, community and Approved Provider). Commit to ongoing learning and selfdevelopment. Recruit, induct, support and mentor new educators. Required Qualifications Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor. A Diploma in Children Services or a degree in Early Childhood. A current Working with Children Check, child protection & first aid. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating & Assessment process. Strong understanding of childsafe standards. Strong communication, leadership and management skills. Excellent written, computer and communication skills. 2 professional references.
