Youll be accountable for driving performance, leading and supporting Centre Leaders and their teams, and ensuring operational excellence. A key part of your success will come from building and nurturing strong, collaborative business-to-business relationships with our Dentists, enabling them to deliver outstanding patient care while achieving shared business goals.## **Key Responsibilities*** Lead, coach and support Centre Leaders across 9 centres* Foster high-quality relationships with dental practitioners* Drive performance metrics including revenue, patient satisfaction and EBIT* Champion Pacific Smiles positive culture and values* Implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives* Take full responsibility for regional P&L and clinical compliance# **About You**You are a true people leader engaging, approachable, and business minded.
