Youll work on solution design, configuration, and integration between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and FSM tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP FSM. This is a hands-on role where youll translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable system solutions.**Location:** 655 Collins St, Docklands, Melbourne.Successful applicants **must be Australian Citizens****Responsibilities:**Solution Design & Implementation* Configure SAP SOM/CS for service orders, resource-related billing (RRB), service contracts, and warranty management.* Lead integration design between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and FSM tools for master and transactional data.* Configure and maintain SAP FSM, including technician settings, planning boards, and mobile app logic.Process Optimization & Governance* Facilitate business process workshops and identify optimization opportunities.* Develop functional specs, test plans, and end-user documentation.* Ensure solution architecture consistency and adherence to best practices.Support & Leadership* Provide incident support for service and FSM processes.* Mentor junior team members and lead testing phases for deployments and upgrades.**Experience Required:*** 5+ years in SAP Service Management (CS) or Service Order Management (SOM) with multiple full-cycle implementations.* 2+ years in SAP FSM or similar cloud FSM solutions (ServiceNow, Salesforce FS).* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.* SAP Certification in Service Management or Service Cloud preferred.* Strong integration expertise using SAP CPI or similar tools.* Deep functional knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA Service modules.* Expertise in RRB configuration and integration with SD, MM, FI/CO.* Familiarity with FSM data models and mobile configuration.* Health & Wellbeing: Private health insurance discounts, mental health support via EAP, and tailored workplace accommodations.* Recognition & Rewards: Annual pay equity reviews and access to StreamLife for discounts and recognition.* Time & Flexibility: Generous paid leave options, parental leave, hybrid work model, and programs like KidsCo for school holidays.* Development & Culture: Internal training, leadership programs, DEI committees, and inspiring workspaces with learning opportunities.**How to Apply**We celebrate diversity at Service Stream and welcome applications from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with a disability or neurodivergence, and those from LGBTIQA+, Veteran or other diverse groups.Applications cannot be accepted by email.
