The Role We are seeking a General Manager to lead our operations across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, with a strong focus on delivering highquality inspection and advanced NDT services. In this role you will oversee field execution, business performance, commercial governance, and strengthen client relationships across inspection/NDT, rope access, specialist maintenance, and integrated group capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Operations: Own endtoend operational performance across QLD/NSW/VIC, with particular emphasis on inspection and NDT delivery standards. Oversee scheduling, resource utilisation, and technical execution to ensure consistent quality across all inspection and NDT scopes. Ensure strong safety leadership, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client satisfaction. Commercial: Drive pricing discipline and ensure accurate CTR/WBS structures for inspection and NDT scopes. Lead WIP reviews, invoicing, forecasting, and overall margin improvement. Manage regional P&L with a focus on profitable, highquality NDT and inspection service line. People & Culture: Develop supervisors, NDT technicians, inspectors, coordinators, and field teams. Build technical capability, reinforce compliance with NDT standards/codes, and support succession planning. Coach teams to deliver consistent, highquality inspection and NDT outcomes. Integrate and leverage group capabilities across: Vertech inspection, rope access, specialist maintenance Sonomatic advanced NDT technologies and specialist inspection programmes AUAV dronebased inspection Required Qualifications and Skills 8+ years leading multisite operations in industrial services, with strong experience in inspection, NDT, or technical asset integrity fields. Demonstrated P&L ownership with tangible margin improvement. Proven success managing framework/panel contracts and growing major accounts in inspectiondriven environments. Strong HSEQ leadership, with practical field and office experience. HighEQ people leader with a track record of building technical capability and strong team culture.
