It delivers camps, programmes and activities held in Melbourne and its Somers campsite in Victoria across the areas of youth development, community development, lifelong learning and positive ageing. LSC&PH operates a purposedriven social enterprise model, generating sustainable revenue through the Somers campsite and the management of tenants at Albert Park Lake to fund its programmes and activities. Through strong engagement with public and private sector stakeholders and purposealigned collaborators, and following the redevelopment of the iconic Power House, LSC&PH is entering a new phase of growth and opportunity and is seeking a CEO to build on its legacy and shape the organisations future. Reporting to the President and Camp Chief (Chair of the Board), you will lead a small team based across Albert Park and Somers. You will champion child safety and be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, including fundraising and commercial partnerships, overseeing programme excellence and organisational stability and capital works initiatives. You will also provide strategic oversight of digital initiatives and lead the organisations storytelling to build reputation, engagement and longterm support. You will foster a positive, highperforming culture that supports the growth, wellbeing and effectiveness of both dedicated staff and passionate member volunteers, who are central to LSC&PHs purpose and success. You are an enthusiastic and handson leader, with high emotional intelligence and recognised for your humility and inclusive, peoplecentred approach. You bring sound financial judgement and a welldeveloped understanding of governance, risk management and compliance. You may have experience in, but can certainly demonstrate a genuine commitment to a complex, volunteerled environment. You are an effective and trusted communicator, with proven stakeholder and fundraising experience, high integrity, and a leadership style that inspires confidence and motivates others to follow your lead.
