As Managing Partner, you will be responsible for leading a fully functioning business within business, fostering a culture of high performance, and delivering growth for our people and consequently our clients. Success will require you to work with your Senior team to deliver a strategic vision, lead complex stakeholder management, attain commercial targets, have exceptiona l client relationship building skills and an ability to build and lead a highperforming team. You will need to be able to balance longterm goals with the realities of hitting short term targets. Responsibilities People Leadership: Responsible for the development of direct reports and the ability to drive an inclusive team effort from employees with different specialist skill sets. Product Leadership: Create Whats Next and steer OMDs output its strategic business direction, exceeding expectations and delivery of all client objectives. Client Relationship Leadership: To ensure that OMD is regarded as a strategic partner through what it does as well as what it says. Having the ear and respect of the senior client stakeholders is mission critical as well as that of partner agency leads. Qualifications Senior leadership and media experience. Insight and communication strategy creation expertise. A proven track record in building healthy, longterm client relationships, across large bluechip clients. A reputation for strong leadership and people coaching skills. Visionary leadership futurefocused operator and approach.
