Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships, while also contributing to the delivery of client projects. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute business development strategies to support the growth of the business. WHO YOU ARE To really hit the ground running in this role, we are looking for someone who: Can generate revenue through building a sales pipeline and actively selling Can support in the delivery of purpose, strategy and culture projects Has a psychology background, ideally organisational, social or positive psychology masters or other relevant degrees with a business/people focus Is comfortable building and maintaining relationships at an Executive and Senior Management level Is genuinely curious Thinks outside the box Wants to be part of something awesome and make a difference in business and the community Enjoys a laugh and sees the fun side of life Maintains calm when under pressure Is tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems Possesses a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others in an open and collaborative team environment Has the ability to go from task to task and maintain focus YOUR AVERAGE WEEK IN THIS ROLE Focus on business development as well as exceptional client delivery. Use your business development and solution sales experience to secure projects in organisational development, leadership, or culture transformation. Building relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business is a key part of the role. Strengthen and expand client relationships across all organisational levels, including Executive and Senior Leadership. Lead client meetings and observe high-stake environments with guidance from senior leaders. Work with the project team to define the scope, approach, and outputs for new business and projects. Plan and execute projects with the support of the project team, considering scope, budget, time, quality, stakeholders, risks, and issues. Support the discovery process using your expertise in organisational psychology to help clients understand their current cultural state and identify areas for improvement. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyse data, extract insights, and craft articulate reports for client projects. Collaborate with creative, consulting, and project teams to design cultural initiatives and workshops, leveraging organisational psychology principles. Strengthen and expand client relationships across all organisational levels, including Executive and Senior Leadership. Lead client meetings and observe high-stake environments with guidance from senior leaders. Contribute ideas and develop content for marketing activities, including writing articles, blogs, and other engaging materials. You will contribute to the development and refinement of Interchanges services and products. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOULL NEED Demonstrated success in B2B sales at the Executive and Senior level, with a track record of building and nurturing strategic client relationships. Demonstrated experience over a sustained period (10+ years minimum) delivering medium - large Organisational Development and/or Culture Transformation or running concurrent smaller projects that reflect the levels of complexity and ambiguity of large-scale transformations. Proven expertise in management consulting, specifically working with Executive and senior management levels. Successful leadership in cultural transformation projects and building enduring client relationships. Experience and success in scoping and delivering projects, including the development of project plans, budgets and project governance. Outstanding and engaging verbal communication and presentation skills. Exceptional business and technical writing skill including proposal, tender, content and article writing capability. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills. Sound research and analytical skills. Youll find patterns in data to extract meaningful insights for our clients. Write impactful cultural reports that explore people trends, leadership styles and organisational themes to provide recommendations that hit the mark. The ability to think differently and apply a creative mindset to a range of challenges and situations. The ability to support the growth and development of the Interchange team including coaching and mentoring project team members. Demonstrated resilience in navigating change, ambiguity and challenges. Ability to effectively manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects or initiatives. Proven experience managing all stages of the consulting cycle, from working towards a personal and business target, sourcing new business and securing meetings to writing proposals, signing business, scoping, designing and delivering projects. Proven stakeholder management abilities, including collaboration with senior executives and Boards of ASX200 companies. Strong commercial capability demonstrated through identifying business opportunities and effectively running projects within budget. Ability to connect industry trends and change concepts with specific client challenges, showcasing a forward-thinking approach.
