What Youll Be Doing Shape and evolve our digital experience by building and optimising CMS platforms that empower content creators and marketers. Youll design, develop, and maintain modern web applications while collaborating with teams to deliver seamless, userfriendly solutions. Youll own: CMS and Web Development Build and enhance CMS platforms and Next.js web apps that are secure, scalable, and userfriendly Finetune performance for speed, accessibility, and reliability Keep everything aligned with modern standards and best practices Collaboration and Support Work sidebyside with designers, content creators, and marketers to roll out new features and improvements Share your knowhow by supporting and training CMS and app users DevOps and Pipelines Run smooth CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to automate builds, testing, and deployments Use Azure DevOps to keep tickets, issues, and workflows organised Deploy and manage applications in AWS with confidence ProblemSolving and Innovation Investigate and fix issues to keep systems running at their best Stay curious explore the latest in CMS, web tech, and DevOps to bring fresh ideas to the table Whats In It For You At Compare the Market and iSelect, were all about helping people make smart choices and joining us might just be yours. Youll be confident with JavaScript, Next.js, React, HTML, and CSS , and have handson experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) and PHP where needed. Bonus points if you bring knowhow in AWS , Azure DevOps (CI/CD and ticketing) , databases, or headless CMS. Extra credit for familiarity with SEO, cloud hosting, CDNs, Docker or Kubernetes . Alongside your tech skills, youll thrive on solving problems, collaborating with teams and keeping the details sharp.
