Job Description

$130,000 $170,000 per year + Growth Bonus This is a newly created senior leadership role reporting directly to the founders. You will be responsible for scaling the business through marketing initiatives. You will own marketing strategy, campaigns and planning across the business. You will manage the inhouse creative team and bring structure to launches and sales. You will work closely with the founders, particularly on campaign planning, performance insights and growth opportunities. You''ll identify problems, find solutions and implement them. This is not a corporate role. You will lead, decide, execute and continuously improve. About the company Steph Brooke Studio is a premium Australian fine art and limited edition print studio. The business is founderled and built around the artwork itself. We create highly collectible, handmade pieces inspired by nature and place. The studio has a strong ecommerce presence, a loyal collector base, and a growing inhouse team. The business is scaling quickly at 150% yoy, and protecting the founders time to paint is critical to continued growth. Things move fast around here, and a large part of that is nobody here is scared of making a mistake. We jump right in and give it a go. Duties Continue to scale the business achieved targets will attract your bonus schedule. We grow together. Lead the development and implementation of Steph Brooke Studio''s marketing strategy across all channels, including digital, social media, content, and events. Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, setting objectives, and driving continuous improvement. Analyse our data, identify opportunities and implement the solutions to facilitate growth. Use the Founders Creative Direction to develop and oversee the execution of compelling, onbrand content that engages our target audience. Implement effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns to support the sales team. Work with our CEO to manage marketing budgets and optimise spend to maximise ROI through better creative/offers/execution. Skills and experience Proven track record of developing and leading successful marketing strategies in an ecommerce marketing & communications environment. Extensive experience in marketing management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, databased decision making and campaign management. Excellent analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance. Data based decision making informs new campaigns and identifies areas for growth and improvement. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proven experience managing a team is required. This role will be managing a small team and identifying and hiring new roles of support. Exceptional analytical, organisational, communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels. Experience managing direct reports in a small or growing business. Comfortable working closely with founders, creative directors and making autonomous decisions. 6+ years experience in ecommerce or marketing and communications. Formal qualifications are not required. Experience, judgement and execution matter more. Culture Steph Brooke Studio is fastpaced, creative and founderled.
