Reporting to the Senior People Experience Partner, you will provide timely, customer-focused advice and support across the full employee lifecycle and build trusted partnerships with leaders to achieve positive outcomes for employees, teams and the organisation. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end recruitment and onboarding support Reporting and data insights Policy advice and interpretation Process improvement initiatives Offboarding support This is a temporary full-time parental leave cover position (until March 2027) based at the Knox Civic Centre in Wantirna South. This is a Band 6 classified role. Remuneration will be $98,353.35 to $107,416.64 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee. What you''ll bring to the role Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, with relevant experience. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, legislation, and industrial agreements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve complex issues with empathy. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in HRIS systems (PageUp/Chris21 preferred). Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
