The Opportunity This newly created role will be fundamental in delivering on an ambitious transformation and operational optimisation agenda. Accountable for enhancing planning, uplift, and delivery capability across a national service network, the successful candidate will lead operational planning, improve enterprise rhythm, and drive the execution of key initiatives that shape service excellence.
