About the Role As Clinical Director, you will Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. Oversee clinical governance, workforce planning, and service development. Ensure compliance with Queensland Health policies, professional standards, and ethical practice. Work closely with executive leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders. Support education, training, research, and continuous quality improvement. About you You will bring Medical qualification with eligibility for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia. FRANZCOG (highly desirable) or equivalent specialist qualification.Demonstrated experience in senior clinical leadership within Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Strong governance, service planning, and workforce leadership capability. Commitment to education, safety, and continuous improvement. Remuneration & Benefits Total Remuneration Package: $428,904 $536,916 p.a. Attraction & Retention Allowance: Up to 50% of base salary. Motor Vehicle Allowance: $21,000 $25,500 p.a. Professional Development Allowance: $21,500 p.a. Professional Development Leave: 3.6 weeks p.a. Annual Leave: 4-6 weeks + 14% 17.5% leave loading. Superannuation: 12.75% employer contribution.
