Overview Lead Dentist NDC Lismore (Far North Coast, NSW) 4 Days Per Week | High Utilisation | Leadership Role With our current Lead Dentist retiring, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Dentist to continue to grow our long-standing and successful practice at NDC Lismore . This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing clinic with 95%+ utilisation , a loyal patient base, and strong clinical support all within a collaborative, family-friendly team. Operating near full capacity year-round, our 7-chair clinic is equipped with advanced dental technology, including an iTero scanner, OPG, and CEREC, ensuring exceptional patient care in a modern environment. The Opportunity As Lead Dentist , youll draw on your clinical excellence and leadership experience to: Deliver high-quality care across a broad scope of dentistry Mentor and support a team of clinicians and dental assistants Collaborate with practice managers to uphold operational and clinical excellence Maintain a strong commitment to patient-centered care This is a rare opportunity to join a practice with strong patient flow, clinical autonomy, and the chance to make a lasting impact.
