The Position A high-demand medical precinct in South Sydney is seeking General Practitioners to join their team under a fully flexible, no-pressure model. This is a non-corporate, GP-owned practice offering a unique structure where GPs retain 100% of their billings and lease their consulting room on a per-day basis with no ongoing commitment. This is an ideal opportunity for a GP looking to take control of their practice, set their own billing model (bulk or private), and join a well-established clinic consistently turning patients away due to high demand. The clinic has been operating for over 30 years and continues to experience significant patient overflow, offering excellent conditions for immediate patient growth. Essential Criteria Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner (VR) Full Australian working rights (this is a private billing clinic and does not sponsor) Ability to work independently and manage own schedule Willingness to rent a consulting room and operate as a self-employed GP The Package 100% of billings retained by the GP No rent charged in the first 3 months if billings are under 3x the daily room rent Room lease available on a daily basis no lock-in contracts Fully serviced clinic : nursing, reception, pathology, pharmacy, allied health, and IT support Best Practice software and fully computerised systems Hotel accommodation available for short-term stays Flexibility to trial the clinic with a one-month no-pressure arrangement Access to a large, loyal patient base with high demand doctors currently turning patients away #J-18808-Ljbffr
